The first data shows that there is a gradual decrease in study for jobs with age and steady increases for leisure pursuits as the age grows. Nearly 80% of students less than 20 years old study for a job. However, the percentage gradually declines by 10-20% with every growing age. Only 40% of people aged 36-45 years (half percentage of people under 20) and 18% of over 45 years study for a career in late adulthood. On the other hand, only 10% under 20 study for leisure pursuits which is 7 times less than people in this age who study for a job. The rising data illustrates that an equal percentage (40%) of people of age 36-45 years study for both job and leisure pursuit whereas 70% aged over 45 (4 fold higher) study for leisure pursuit as compared to 18% younger people for job.
The second bar graph depicts employer support is maximum (60%) for under 20 years. It dropped by 10% for 21-45 years and decreased to 32% for 26-35 years which is nearly half of support given to under 20 years but slightly increases for the age 36-45 years and further rises for over 45 also.
